Dr. Triant Flouris, Chairman, holds a Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina, an M.A. from Baylor University, and a B.A. from William Jewell College.

With extensive international experience in both aviation academia and industry, Dr. Flouris is a recognized authority in the field. He has authored ten books and more than 200 refereed journal articles, book chapters, scholarly papers, and public reports, primarily focusing on aviation.

A certified professional pilot and flight instructor, he has accumulated over 12,000 hours of flight time.
